Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

  • 250g Cauliflower
  • 50g Carrot (Diced)
  • 50g Green Peas (Boiled)
  • 50g Big Onion (Chopped)
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 2 Tbsp of Flora fat spread

      Instructions

      1. Wash and keep the cauliflower in salted water for about half an hour. Then cut the cauliflower into pieces. Keep the pot in the cooker in low heat and add 2 tbsp of Flora. Add the chopped onions, grated carrot, green peas and stir fry it. Add salt and pepper to taste.
