Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients
- 250g Cauliflower
- 50g Carrot (Diced)
- 50g Green Peas (Boiled)
- 50g Big Onion (Chopped)
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 2 Tbsp of Flora fat spread
Instructions
- Wash and keep the cauliflower in salted water for about half an hour. Then cut the cauliflower into pieces. Keep the pot in the cooker in low heat and add 2 tbsp of Flora. Add the chopped onions, grated carrot, green peas and stir fry it. Add salt and pepper to taste.
